Promptly at 15:35 pm on Monday, 3/8/1429 e the operation of the  Civil Defense received an informing concerning an accident which was the collapse of the water tank under construction over an individual in the village of Thaha related to the Center of Hiswa in the preservation Rigal Alma. And immediately rescue teams and ambulances moved to reach the site and found that the incident was the collapse of a tank still under construction with an area of 13 m × 7 m, and a height of 4 p.m. on a person who was working inside it. the teams had started the excavation for the extricating of the body, however, and due to the difficulty of drilling and enormous amounts of dust and debris, they used the machinery (Poclain) to assist in the digging process in the site, which took some time to arrive due to the far distance, about forty kilometers, with severe and difficult. But they were able to extricate the body with the help of the machine, and the dead body was transferred to the hospital and was put in the refrigerator until they finish the necessary procedures. This investigation is still working in order to know the main reason behind this accident.
