Under the patronage of Minister of Interior, HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Director General of Civil Defense, Major General Dr. Hamoud bin Sulaiman Al-Faraj attended the graduation ceremony of 248 officers of the 54^th Civil Defense Qualifying Course, which included graduates with various bachelor degrees, and graduates with Security Science Bachelor degree, at Civil Defense headquarters in Riyadh.

During the course, the graduates received a number of programs and field training, aiming to sharpen their skills and improve their capabilities in alignment with the latest technologies and equipment applied in Civil Defense work, as well as, widen their knowledge and expertise in different fields. ​
