The General Directorate of Civil Defense conducted yesterday, Monday, November 3, 2025, a test of fixed sirens in Riyadh city and the governorates of Diriyah, Al-Kharj, and Al-Dilam, as well as in Tabuk and Makkah regions, specifically in the governorates of Jeddah and Thuwal.

This test coincided with the launch of the National Early Warning Platform across all regions of the Kingdom, aimed at ensuring the efficiency and readiness of warning systems to broadcasting audible alerts during emergencies.

The drill is part of the Civil Defense's ongoing efforts to enhance early warning systems and strengthen emergency response capabilities, ensuring rapid delivery of alerts to residents and improving public safety and risk prevention.
