The General Directorate of Civil Defense will conduct a test of its fixed siren system today, Monday, November 3, 2025, in Riyadh region, including the capital, Riyadh, and the governorates of Diriyah, Al-Kharj, and Al-Dilam, as well as in Tabuk and Makkah regions, specifically in the governorates of Jeddah and Thuwal.

The test aims to raise public awareness and enhance readiness to respond effectively to official emergency alerts. The National Early Warning Platform will broadcast warning messages using the new behavioral tone at 1:00 PM, followed by the national alert tone at 1:10 PM, and concluding with the fixed siren system at 1:15 PM. ​
