​​The Director-General of Civil Defense Lt. Gen. Sulaiman bin Abdullah Alarm inaugurates today 1 March 2020 the World Civil Defense Day for this year which is held by the Directorate of Civil Defense in Riyadh Region in Granada Mall in Riyadh City. The celebration under the “safety is first” motto. in the presence of Mr. Belkacem Elketroussi the Secretary-General of International Civil Defense Organization “ICDO”.
