The director general of Civil Defense, Lieutenant General/ Saad A Altwijri said that they do not need permission from any one to do their work. The civil defense system grant us the access to any site incase of fire,  building destruction or drawn person either in (boys or girls schools, universities, hospitals, women compound or any other place). This came as a response to was dealt with some of the media in the recent period.  

Lieutenant General/ Altwijri added that the nature of our humanity  actions need quick actions and not routine procedures to save lives and private properties, since the time for a fire to complete is not more than five minutes plus carbon monoxide (Co) gas aka (hidden killer) will lead to death in just three minutes.

Al twijri pointed that he has given orders to all departments of civil defense in all regions to use regularity force against anyone tries to prevent civil defense squads from perform their duties,  and all authorities to inform officials that the Civil defense  will not tolerate with any one who tries to prevent them from doing their duties.
