The General Directorate of Civil Defense urges every one to take caution and stay away from dangerous places, and follow the instructions and guidance, after a report issued by the General Presidency of Meteorology and Environmental Protection about weather changes with the possibility of rain and dusty winds on several regions of the Kingdom. 

The report expects thunder rains on AlMadinah AlMonawarah region, Hail, Tabouk, Makkah, AlJouf and Northern Boarders, Southwestern highlands, and the western regions, the west parts of Riyadh.  The report expects rains on the road connecting Makkah with AlMadinah, and may cause floods, especially the areas between AlMadinah and Hail.  

The report expects surface winds that rise dust and dirt on some regions of the Kingdom such as: Makkah, Asir, AlBaha, and AlMadinah AlMonawarah, which may lead to low horizontal visibility.
